In order to further improve the internal management level of Guangxi Zhongke Puhui Energy Co., Ltd., standardize internal control, and strengthen the construction of risk prevention and control mechanisms, the company held a 2022 internal control special training meeting on the morning of July 23.
An internal control expert was invited to serve as the main speaker for this training. Leaders and employees from various functional positions of the company also participated in the training.
What is internal control of an enterprise?

At the meeting, the expert teacher explained the concept, significance, goal, function and form of internal control of an enterprise based on actual cases and combined with legal provisions; and combined with the organization setting of our company, from the four aspects of responsibility allocation and authorization, financial management and internal audit, human resource management, cultural construction and legal education, the framework and establishment principles of internal control of an enterprise were explained in detail; based on the current situation of the company and closely linked to practical work, the current internal control risk points of our company were analyzed, as well as how to prevent risks from occurring.
This training was also the kick-off meeting for the construction of our company's internal control system. Through the expert teachers' clear, easy-to-understand and pertinent explanations, the participants had a deeper understanding of the importance of internal control management and the internal control system of enterprises, and clarified the concept that "internal control is the main measure of compliance management, and compliance is the goal of internal control." At the same time, it clarified the work ideas for the company to establish and improve the internal control management system, strengthen process management, and prevent and control risks, which has a strong guiding significance.
