Before the training began, Yang Zhiyong and Huang Yi, two lecturers from the Nanning Red Cross Search and Rescue Team, respectively gave detailed explanations on pre-hospital first aid knowledge, how to dial "120" in case of emergencies, and emergency treatment. They also explained the importance of first aid and the significance of first aid training, and described in detail and vividly a series of specific rescue methods such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, trauma care and artificial respiration. They also demonstrated the actual operating steps and methods of specific rescue on the human teaching aids they carried.

During the training, instructor Yang Zhiyong used real-life accident cases and combined them with relevant practices to provide targeted teaching guidance on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, foreign body obstruction, hemostatic dressing, electric shock accidents, etc. During the entire training process, he demonstrated the operations one-on-one, step-by-step, patiently and meticulously, and always emphasized the precautions during the operation.

Among them, the focus was on teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation, AED operation procedures, and Heimlich first aid. The employees who participated in the training were enthusiastic about learning, and they took notes while listening. In the practical operation, they were meticulous and practiced by themselves, and their movements were accurate and in place, achieving good teaching results on site.
